We got bad customer service from Thabo on 3 October 2022. He was about to duplicate the issuing of medicine, when we pointed out that we already have the medication and needed to pay. Then he got annoyed and said we should have brought our ill dog in :

Wonderful vet, very compassionate and prices are reasonable

Quite a talkative vet. Looked after my dog. Called me a few days later to find out how my dog is doing. Never had a vet do that before. However have to say it’s pricey, given its Newlands West. R800, 25g ointment, small cone, Deworming tablet.

I Always take my Labradorccaptain Rex here. Lovely professional staff, always friendly to me and my dog whose name they remember, treat them gently and take great care of them, always explain treatments and costs and allow you to make decisions. Iwould absolutely recommend .

Dr Mahabeer is very professional and thorough. She has a caring disposition. She follows up personally via sms to enquire how your dog is doing especially if your dog  is seriously ill. Will definitely recommend her services.
