This is the worst hardware I've ever had the disadvantage of having to deal with. Being an old age pensioner of 73, I phone them up three times to order certain items and I was told that I would have to pay by eft whitch I agreed to, so that they could deliver my order to me once they were paid. But unfortunately I was told they would phone me back which of course didn't happen. I phoned them up the following day and I was told the same thing and also told them that I would pay them the full amount as soon as I received the total to pay on EFT. ONCE AGAIN they said they would make the delivery. Once again they told me that they would phone me back for the final arrangement. Again they declined to phone me back and I am still waiting almost a week later for stuff that I need desperately. Needless, I will never use their services again. They obviously don't care about the elderly. Unfortunately I am a very patient person and my order was very very pricey. So very sad. Mrs. Maughan.

Parking is limited. Service is excellent. Range of products is good. A little pricey but you have to pay for quality.

Helpful and friendly staff. Place to visit for woodworking tools, wood machinery and cutting tools, decorative and cabinet fittings such as hinges, handles, fasteners, general hardware supply such as handtools and power tool consumables. Quality stuff.

Well stocked and experienced staff. With a lovely lady at the front door. Known her for the past 12 years. Always with a smile.

These guys have everything. If you need any tool or piece of hardware I'm pretty sure that Walvin has it. The service is great too.
