Clothes was nicely done but failed to return a brandnew underwear piece that was found by them next day and did not want to send it to my address  only if I pay all the hours lost time from work and the travel cost to the Pep to send the package.We was willing to pay the courier cost but not all the other extra costs to be invoiced for since the responsibility lies also with them to ensure correct delivery of cleaned garments.

Our laundry was returned spotless on both occasions. Prices are calculated per kg. They offee an ironing service too at an extra small fee
