Superb!!!!!!!!! Top class service. I locked myself in my house early this morning. I called Theo, he despatched a technician immediately. Tika the technician arrived and helped me out of my challenging predicament. Friendly,competent and efficient. I highly recommend them. 6 stars. Thank you.
Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Lost my car key, contacted them, was told I'd be emailed a quote which I never was. Phoned the next week, turns out their "quote machine" is broken, nobody informed me of this or sent a quote manually even after asking explicitly for one for insurance purposes. Another week goes by, still nothing. Contact them again, I hear they're now waiting for a key from their supplier. Phone a week later, still waiting for their supplier. LITERALLY a month went by with no communication or key ever surfacing, went to another locksmith and got one THE SAME DAY.
Got good service form these guys. My car's ignition fixed and a replacement key made. Was not expensive.

WOW WOW WOW Spoke to theodor on whats app the whole day and had huge problem with my keys they are still going to help me with keys but the service and friendlyness of theodor is out of this world. True angle on my way of so much worry and stress. 100% reccoment smiley key locksmith. Im still in shock damn good service and really with a smile. Thank you so much.
