You people are now starting to upset me! It has been three days since the install of the non functional fiber line you have sold me and charged me for this, and still no connection and no help. Should this not be resolved IMMIDIATLY i will be asking for my money back and going with a different provider! And I will be letting people know regarding this terrible service as well via social media and such. I expect my net up TODAY or I will guarantee you that I will be taking action as its costing me money now because of loss of business. So get the connection at 12A castle street, fellside, JHB done ASAP.
