Barry was extremely helpful from the start. I explained my set of circumstances and he was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to get my poor car from its neglected state back to how it used to look. Opted for full wash and mini valet for a Seat Tarraco.  Paid for large car surcharge but got charged £16 extra on the spot because it's a 7 seater.   There was no option for this during the order ... so pretty rubbish start to the process. post wash, the tyres were not dressed and parts of the car were still filthy. All in all, the person spent 45 minutes on the car to wash, valet and wax the car - this in itself speaks volumes on the quality of the service received.  Oh, and when i made a complaint, their defence was that the car was in an 'appalling state' - there was no mud or soiling on the car, just a regular family car in need of a wash.  If the defence to a poorly washed car is because my car is dirty .. well, i'll let you decide whether what kind of company this is.  Will not be using again.Services:&nbsp;Vacuuming

I decide to try this company as the one i normally use was not avaiable. they charge me £49 per car which was discounted price and apperently i have to pay extra £10 for the rubbish to be cleaned.  i have added images and video of clean inside and outside and you will be suprised what you have paid for is not worthy...  they offered me for one of their team to come back at the end but we missed each other.  the email after that, sent out to me as per below. I used this company as I needed my car valeting last minute and they did clean to car to an acceptable standard.  I was however firstly disappointed that they gave me a first time customer discount code, only to still charge me full price.  The worst things was on completion of my clean, charged me an extra £25 to remove pet hair which was almost non existent my mums dog excitedly jumped in it for 10 seconds. There must have been about 20 small hairs in total.  When I disputed this, they had the cheek to say ask if they charge me £10 instead? In my opinion unless the pet hair badly affected ability to clean, the question should not even be raised, let alone charging so much.  All in all, car was clean but would not recommend using this company as is very overpriced and slap on extra charges with no warning.

Guess I should have read the reviews before using this service. Overall it was a decent job but bird poo was left on the car. Had happened a few days earlier and reason for me booking the wash but unfortunately they left some of it. I was able to remove it afterward but just seems like person didn't want to put the extra elbow grease in to the job. When you're paying +150gbp for a proper wash inside and out, you'd expect a better result.

Elliott did a fantastic job on my car today, price is comparable to driving to a hand car wash place but this time you actually get a detailed clean!  Will use again and if you want £10 of your next wash, feel free to use my discount code nazimj0.

Based on my experience I couldn't and wouldn't recommend GoWashMyCar. The car was not vacuumed properly even though I payed an extra £50 to get all the seats steamed I have a baby and so had formula milk which wasn't even wiped from the door all it took me was a swipe from a damp cloths and it was off! The boot of the car was also left in a state. I contacted customer service sending them the images attached and more to support my case and they didn't even care! Their reply was that they contacted the man who cleaned my car and according to him I got what I payed for. They suggested for me to get the full Valet service at £112 to get my car cleaned to my standard  they must be having a laugh!!! How patronising.. Do not waste your money and time with this company your better off finding yourself a good local valet service.
