2 weeks out of stock on dog food. The lady was unhelpful. I asked when they'll get stock, just says "don't know" The second time, she calls another branch and gets annoyed that I can't go there right now to collect it. They was no alternatives on offer for puppy food and couldn't offer the smaller bags at the same price.

I love this shop. I hate that it's "so far" from me but I absolutely love it. I rarely come here and not find what I am looking for. Inevitably, I will go through Westpack as well as Petzone when I am here.

Best time to shop is early morning.  There was a lady that was very helpful when I asked for things.

I quite often pop in while shopping at Greenstone.  Yesterday while in the shop the power went off and it was pitch black. I was just adjusting to the when an employee shouted at me to get to the front of the store. He had a torch. I didn't.  When I didn't move immediately he shouted again.  Not offering to help. Needless to say I dumped my shopping.  Found my cell phone and left never to return.

Excellent. Found what I needed and the parking situation was superb and easy for me to load a trolley load of purchases into my car. Highly recommended

Service is slow and their balloon selection is limited. It looks like a small store upon entry but it’s pretty big

Staff is always there and willing to help with a smile on their face. Great service.

One satin staff member on stationery isle was helpful
