I was standing in the queue when I was called by Cashier Michelle M till 109 to come to her till and pay. I dont understand why she called me when she truly went out of her way to be rude and have attitude. Honestly, if she didnt want to serve me she should'nt have called me. I was happy to stand in the queue until one of the cashiers on the main tills was free. Funny how her attitude changed when she started serving the customer behind me and it was all smiles.
Words do no justice to describe this place, from the friendly staff in store and the range of products offered. There are numerous amounts of products in store. Their petshop next door offers a range and variety of pet products , from pet houses, bedding, and a variety of bird feeds. Their easy access parking at the entrance makes life easy when carrying your grocery and pet feed from a personal experience point of view. This place is great, and I would recommend that people go check the store out and not take my word for it.

I love this shop. I hate that it's "so far" from me but I absolutely love it. I rarely come here and not find what I am looking for. Inevitably, I will go through Westpack as well as Petzone when I am here.
Needed someone to help with parcels. Waited and waited but no one came so had to manage heavy dog food on my own. Not acceptable from such big firm
The staff in this shop is not happy, cashiers are either short at the counter or have long faces. Even the guys helping on the floor are sometimes missing in action. Can management look into their staff, I think something is botheting them, they do not look happy those people.
Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful they don't seem to enjoy working there, and they are very rude and short when you ask for help. Love their products, but the customer service is horrible.
Excellent service and a well stocked shop with a variety of packaging materials being the best part.
