I love this mall. It's never full. One thing that needs attention is the ablution facility that is sometimes out of order. They do have a backup facility but that normally means that you have to walk to where the female toilets are.

I love this mall. It's safe ,clean . Caters for all your needs from Checkers to a small Chinese sort of mall. Banking facilities. Checkers and other clothing and furniture stores. Also the toilets are always clean . Has ample parking and is nicely situated

Excellent place to spend your time. A place for kids youth adults. You can do shopping and relaxing. Everything under one roof

About a month ago I went to KFC and I was horribly disgusted by the cockroach walking on the table as if it belonged there. I called one of the waitresses and she just took her own sweet time to come and see what the problem was. I showed her and she looked at me as if it's a joke. I asked to see the manager, but no one came. I spoke to another staff member and told him that we refused to eat what we ordered because we don't know if the roaches are also in the kitchen. The "I don't care" attitude is appalling. I told them that it's a food place but staff just don't care. Otherwise the rest of the shops are great.

Always crowded. Entrance and parking lot is never tidy. Seems people haven't yet figured out how to use bins, so complicated, tsk...tsk...tsk. Otherwise, it's ok.

I recently visited Westgate Mall and had a decent experience overall. The mall itself is well-maintained and clean, with a good variety of stores to browse. There are plenty of options for dining as well, from fast food to sit-down restaurants. However, I did find the prices to be a bit on the high side compared to other malls in the area. One thing I appreciated about Westgate Mall was the ample parking. There were plenty of spots available, even during busy times. However, navigating the parking lot can be a bit confusing, so be prepared to spend some time finding your way around. However, While the mall itself is well-maintained and clean, I found the shopping experience to be lacking. Many of the stores were either closed or had limited inventory, which was frustrating as I had specific items I was hoping to purchase. Additionally, the mall seemed to be lacking in diversity when it comes to store options. There were several clothing and shoe stores, but very few specialty stores or unique offerings. It felt like I was seeing the same products over and over again. The dining options at Westgate Mall were also underwhelming. While there were plenty of fast food options, there were very few sit-down restaurants and the ones that were there didn't have great reviews. I ended up leaving the mall to find better dining options elsewhere. While the parking lot was spacious, I found the signage and navigation to be confusing. It took me several tries to find my way to the correct entrance and it was frustrating to drive around aimlessly. Overall, my experience at Westgate Mall was lackluster. Fine for quick in and out.

Very small shopping centre. It’s barely full. So if you want to go to a shopping, just a quick in and out. This is the shopping centre for you.

Shopping is a pleasurable experience here. It's hardly ever overcrowed . Strict Covid protocol in place as well. Plenty of free parking
