A perfect SPArty experience for my daughter’s 4th birthday. My daughter and her 6 friends were so excited and loved being pampered and spoiled. Their nails, makeup and hair looked lovely and the girls felt special. The beauty therapists were great and very patient. Thanks to Gauteng Pamper Party Pros for a wonderful morning and for making my daughters birthday party so enjoyable.
Very disappointing service provided by Gauteng Pamper Party Pros. I booked and paid for 9 ladies to have Pedi’s as part of a baby shower plus 5 soak offs & 1 mani. First issue was that they turned up late, over an hour late by the time they actually got set up funny as their invoice states that the guests must turn up early etc., secondly, even though they knew in advance that all ladies required gel polish, they brought 1 UV lamp and that was temperamental. Thirdly, although they told me they would work on 3 ladies at a time, only 2 therapists turned up. Even though we extended the baby shower by 2 hours, 3 ladies still had not been seen and we had to call it at 4pm started at 10am. I have since contacted the management to request a refund for the services not received willing to leave it there and assume they just had a bad day and have been told they don’t do refunds their invoice says that the initial deposit is non refundable, nothing about refund for services not rendered. They are also saying it was our fault as we added soak offs, yet never mentioned that would be an issue when they charged extra for it. Also saying that was our decision to end the event, they would have stayed….only so long you can keep a baby shower going ! I understand things happen, but the way you deal with the situation afterwards is what makes you go back to a service provider. I am very disappointed in the responses I have received and would strongly advise you do not risk your special events with Gauteng Pamper Parties not so Pro.
Disappointed with service. Set-up was nice. This was a office pamper and the ladies which received the massages, were very happy and satisfied. ut the ladies that booked manicures were not happy at all. We were not informed prior even though we asked if anything must be done beforehand, that the ladies with cutex on their nails has to remove it, as this is an extra service, these 2 ladies then only had their nails clipped and painted. No scrub, oil or massage. We also had 2 ladies that booked pedicures, and they were treated as expected, with nice massage and scrub. Maybe better planning, as the technician also arrived later than expected. We wish the company well, and review this only for them to better their selves.
Last minute booking that turned into an awesome experience for me and my visitors. Thank you very very much. I'd definately recommend.
The ladies are quite professional and the service exceed my expectations.
