Always a great experience and a pleasure. Very fast service, which is convenient especially when one is on the road. Food always well prepared, and the coffee is absolutely great. Staff is super friendly which makes it very pleasant. Very neat and clean. Overall customer service is on point. Keep up the great work Wimpy!
The service was a tad slow, but Im sure it had to do with the busyness! But our waitress Bella made up for it all with her pleasant disposition and banter!
The food was okay, the staff a bit lethargic, clearly not motivated. Maybe it's just a lazy Sunday morning for everyone. Asked for Wi-Fi password and was told to wait for the manager to bring it. Never happened until we finished eating.
Good place to have a meal. Wimpy food all over the same. Just the staff talking very loud with each other. And does not worry what they saying. Loud and silly.
Friendly staff. I always get a milkshake to go with a paper straw. This get wet when driving and take away your appetite. I recently order a cheese burger to go and it had more tomato sauce than anything, I prefer my burger with other sauce except tomato sauce.
We bought food and left for home, just to discover that the normal salt bags was not added, like they normally do. We were gone all-ready and had to buy it from the next service station. When I phoned the lady she said they ate sorry. So my advice will be, If you buy from this Wimpy please make sure everything is in the bag before you leave!!! This was unfortunately my last visit to Wimpy in Okahandja
My experience here was good. Friendly staff and the food didn't take long to arrive. There is also a nice playground for the kids.
I loved the Wimpy in Okahandja. I have been to many restaurants...this one stood out because the staff is truly friendly. Keep it up!
Difficult to review. Have been there in the past and all was good. Friendly staff and good food all round. However tonight there was 5 of us... 4 had side salads and we found a caterpillar in the lettuce. This salad was removed from the bill... as it should have been. I'm sure it was a genuine error and the staff were very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will go again. As I'm.from the UK where wimpy used to be in every town... now they are all McDonald's it is a nice reminder of a bygone era. On the whole food is fast, served.on hot.plates and good value. Shame tonight's meal was tainted by such a small thing.
Tuesday the 8th October i was passing through at about 22h30 and decided to fill up and also have a quick meal as i still had 400 km to go, i know it was late, asked the " waitress" and she said no problem... up until this time i saw staff walking about with blankets and looking at me while i was eating , eventually i left and i kid you not........... it was a mad scramble for the seating couches in the Restaurant, i then realised they were waiting for me to leave so that they can all go and sleep...it was hilarious ... oh the review , food was as good as all the other wimpy's, service was quite fast ... i know now why, so i cant complain , it was just very funny never seen anything of the like before...... they could rent the couches out and make some additional money.... :
