New owners? Really gone down in quality. Certainly not what it used to be. And NO customers at peak time on a Saturday?? Seems like another establishment going down. Time to get a new neighbourhood butcher

I was charged twice for the things I bought because of this incompetent cashier. When I got home, I called and inquired about it, she kept telling me that the reversal slip is in front of her. I then asked her to send a copy of the slip to my number. After 3hrs, I called again to follow up. This time her excuse was her phone was flat and couldn't send it. Then I asked if another person from the store can send it. As it is not a small amount and I didn't want to forget it and she continued making excuses. When I insisted on talking to another employee, I could hear her saying in the background that she will send it. Instead of making excuses and lying, have the courtesy to apologize to the customer. After all, it was your mistake which further wasted my time, phone calls and the other employee's time :
