I stood there for 15-20 minutes. Ordered a street wise 3 with pap and that was fine but my colonel burger was missing. Instead I got a piece of chicken with no wraping and chips. I would like a refund and will continue to complain untill this is sorted. I do have the slip for reference!
The staff have a bad attitude towards clients as if they are forced to perform their duties, the chicken was half cooked and had blood visible on it. My experience was a nightmare and I will never again spend my hard earned money at that specific place Food: 2/5

I had a horrible experience at the KFC greenstone drive-thru tonight.The staff member was rude and was very good at wasting time. When ordering i had to correct her on my order multiple times and when we got to the window she rather helped people who were not in their cars and jumped the cue. I was waiting for 2 hour for my food. This is ridiculous. When we got to the window she "lost" my order and i had to give it again where she also got it wrong multiple times. Help the customers who had the respect and sense to use the drive-thru cue rather than people on foot. Walk threw the drive threw if you have to but don't jump infront of other. Stood in the queue at around 18h20 for 20 minutes for 24 wings only to find out that there's no stock, proceeded to follow the queue since one cannot maneuver out. Hated it! PLEASE place a sign if a product isn't available before your customers sit in a queue unnecessarily.Service: 1/5
The ladies in the windows need to decide if they really want to work there or give others who will understand customer service a chance to work at the windows. Greetings are standard, friendliness but hereFood: 2/5
I ordered streetwise 3 Pap & other items, one piece was missing from the streetwise 3, I called them & notified the "manager". After an hour, I ordered a meal with a buddy & could not get the buddy, luckily I opened the food in front of the delivery guy, he said he was given the food without the buddy,, he does not know why. 2 missing items in 1 day within 2 hours was shocking. When I called them, the manager gave me attitude & told me to report it to Uber Eats. I will never order from KFC Greenstone ever again. People must be careful when ordering food from there. They deliver food with missing items but you paid for them.
Opted to go inside than use the drive thru, I do regret it, waited quite long for my food but in saying that, they were very busy. Nevertheless my food was good and fresh so that's a plus.Food: 4/5
Shocking service delivery and poor attitude all around. Very disappointing and won't be coming here again.
Friendly staff,beautiful clean store. Food was nicely prepared and delicious.
