Unfriendly reception staff. When you walk in they all ignore you seemingly hoping you will choose who will have to help you so they will not have to do the job. Really irks me that such a simple thing is now the norm. Since they changed from the counter setup to desks there has been a decline in service.
Wanted a simple, small job done. Asked if they would be able to help before the friday, they said yes. Friday came it still wasnt ready, had to postpone my event to the next Wednesday, when it still wasn't ready... eventually had to print it from my own printer which i wanted to avoid at all costs, because then it looks cheap. It was an R80 job obviously not big enough for them to consider it of importance. Anyway they can keep the R80 its going to cost more to drive all the way from nelspruit to collect something i dont even need anymore... This happened a previous time too...
Pretty arrogant and unfriendly reception staff. I called 16:25 that I would come 16:32 late 2 minutes after business hours to place my order over R6000. When I arrived exactly 16:32 the business was closed... Of course I will go tomorrow to a better print shop in Nelspruit.
EDDY, the guy who did my artwork. He's such an amazing person, he assisted me whole heartedly. And he was patient. I think he was the last person to leave the premises!
Wow. Super fast. Cheap. Was also willing to print 50c per copy. Do very big jobs too. I hope to self publish my novelist with them one day.
Front office staff not very welcoming and does not communicate well. Eugene is an asset to the business, friendly and professional!
