Large collection of birds and animals, and great selection of food, cages, toys, everything you'd need for a pet.

The cages look really small and the animals unhappy,I really hope to see that the quality of care for these animals improve,the large parrots were in small cages and the ducks and swans barely had water to swim in.OVERPOPULATED TO THE MAX

Always a good selection of tropical fish and generally good advise when asking the right questions. I was there on Saturday 18 March 2023, and had to wait quite a long time before I was helped. It was busy, I nearly walked out. My wife had left to go to McDonalds after the firat 10minutes, she ordered food for us both and had already finished her food by the time I was assisted. By the time I walked out with my new fish my food had already gone cold. So I was quite irritable by the time I left. I understand when places gets busy, however the amount of staff walking past me while I am waiting without proper acknowledgement or being greeted and assured some one will help me as soon as possible shows that some basic training in customer service is needed. Other than that I am happy with my purchase, but next time in the same situation, I will walk away, either to come back on a quiter day or to go somewhere else. The situation will decide.

I was at Wonderboom Bird Park yesterday and was shocked to see dead fish floating in the tanks,large birds contained in small cages,there was a parrot that was laying almost on its side in the cage I thought this was the worst but when i saw a the birds and peacocks outside in small concrete prison cages,along with a baby fennec fox,this shocked me to know nobody dared to question the conditions in which these animals live,it is over populated and this place is a breeding factory.

Shop looks good will always return. I like the new setup. There's NO visible dead fish which is amazing, That is a definite turnoff if any shop owner did not know...

Fabulous place to shop for birds and all your pet non-bird pets as well accessories. The staffs' knowledge of birds are great, the cages are kept clean, the birds are fed healthy food. Worth the drive!
