Great variety and friendly and helpful staff.

The revamped shop is well laid out. Lots to choose from. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. If they don't have in stock what you are looking for, they order it for you. All in all it was a very enjoyable, fun visit. Will definitely go back.

Everyone was very helpful and the stock was extensive. I haven't been to a true wool shop in ages. There are so few. I usually have to settle for a haberdashery. Excellent experience

Went there today for the first time. Small shop but loads of stock. Lovely service, the friendly ladies in store helped me with everything I needed. Even got some helpful advice since I'm a newbie at knitting. Would definitely recommend this store to others and visit again in the future.

Although I love this little shop due to the variety and display not the most cost effective, but recent experience have influenced my recommendations about this store. I made the unfortunate mistake to purchase 5 x Elle Vintage DK and once home realized that it should have been Elle Vintage Chunky. The yarn was in store bought condition, but my request to exchange it for Chunky in the exact some color and price was firmly denied. In fact the lady agreed that they would rather loose a customer than try to be accommodating.

Well I don't know much about wools, but my child, she knows how to do that, and she was happy to find all she was looking for and a friendly staff, who assisted us with everything we needed to buy. Thumbs up!
