I like this mall because nice price and you get everything easily
Service is top level..waiting period on the que is lesser than other shops as they are efficient.. the environment is clean
Usually my shopping experience is good. On Monday most of the shelves were empty and their green salads were old. They also didn't have the rotisserie chicken, something about problem with delivery.
Always love a woolworths but this one is HUGE! A good variety of vegan food, compared to.other woolworths, but just wish there was more...

More than one paypoint to ease the long queues, fully stocked with lots of options both for kids and adults. The deli inside the store is a nice peaceful spot to take a rest or breather when you shopping. Woolworths grocery is also nice and clean bit expensive for an oke like me.
Very difficult to walk in the food division in the mornings. They only start packing the shelves after the stores open which creates a cluttered environment. A lot of the fresh produce are also either out of stock or past the expiration date. Not up to Woolworths standards. Can’t compare to the rest of the Woolworths stores we’ve been to.
Bad customer service over the phone. I have been trying to find out if they have an item in stock over the phone before I go to the store, but they just keep putting me to a department that doesn’t even pick up calls! How can I call countless times for over an hour and not be assisted.
Peaceful to shop here hence floor assistance is needed. I also can't ignore the welcoming, nice smell of coffee, ooh love it!!
Clean,the item packaging is in order,quality and fresh food available... welcomed by smiles at the till though the shop was about to close
