Clean shop with fresh yet pricey fruits. They have a variety of pastas woolies needs no intro everything in that shop which is edible is just tasty.

We love Woolworths, especially your Sunday grilled chicken special,although on Sunday you must grill enough chicken because we wait on the line for more than 30 minutes only to find out that they are not enough for your customers
I was at the Woolworths food section in the line to the tills when my friends partner saw an empty cashier that was just looked like they are waiting. So he proceeds to tell the people before us that the cashier is empty. It was load shedding time. The cashier proceeds to tell someone someone that she is busy, and that can't we see that she is busy when she was not at the time. Cashier was A. Masegela
Usually my shopping experience is good. On Monday most of the shelves were empty and their green salads were old. They also didn't have the rotisserie chicken, something about problem with delivery.
More than one paypoint to ease the long queues, fully stocked with lots of options both for kids and adults. The deli inside the store is a nice peaceful spot to take a rest or breather when you shopping. Woolworths grocery is also nice and clean bit expensive for an oke like me.
Very difficult to walk in the food division in the mornings. They only start packing the shelves after the stores open which creates a cluttered environment. A lot of the fresh produce are also either out of stock or past the expiration date. Not up to Woolworths standards. Can’t compare to the rest of the Woolworths stores we’ve been to.
Bad customer service over the phone. I have been trying to find out if they have an item in stock over the phone before I go to the store, but they just keep putting me to a department that doesn’t even pick up calls! How can I call countless times for over an hour and not be assisted.
Peaceful to shop here hence floor assistance is needed. I also can't ignore the welcoming, nice smell of coffee, ooh love it!!
