The best donation centre I've been too to date is the Long Street branch. The most friendly and efficient staff - especially during this pandemic. Opens at 8 which is super convenient.

I donate plasma at the Cape Gate branch of WCBS. They are amaizing. The constantly ask if i am ok, they bring me water or juice, they are professional but also very welcoming and friendly..thanks guys

I would like to thank the Worcester branch for the handy fold up cooler box that I recently received as a gift. It is an ideal gift to take food in when we go for picnics. Thank you also to the friendly and professional staff that hold donation clinics in Hermanus.

They suppose to send me my results of my ferriten reading. Every month ive had to fone it to get the reading. This month they cant find the reading of 7 th september

The staff are beyond reproach, the set up is perfectly set to make sure you as the donor are super comfortable while donating, my wife and I have been donating for for over 10yrs and will continue to do so!!

I dont know why they didnt share that we cant bring a child with in the SMS's they send. My time and petrol was wasted.
