Very Friendly and attentive staff,keep up the good work its always important to have the right people at these facilities. The whole process takes about 30-45 minutes if you are a first time donor.

Very kind and humble staff. The head sister was jokey and pleasant. The other staff members were also on the ball when we went there. They even gave my little one a juice and a biscuit for being well mannered. Will definitely go there again

I went along to WCBS at Blue Route mall this morning. After an unpleasant experience with severe bruising last time another location and being someone who's blood pressure sky rockets over 160/100 before donating blood, I was more anxious than usual. All I can say is that the team that helped me lower my blood pressure this morning and comforted me through to a successful withdrawal, was incredible. I struggle to find the words to describe their empathy and ability to set me at ease. I will donate here from now onwards! Bravo.

After a few months of testing my iron levels I was finally able to donate. They staff at this branch are very professional and at the same time sympathetic. I came away feeling so amazed at the level of their service . Well done each and everyone of you. Especially Alfred who kenf me his glasses to read the forms

This is a great blood donation center, conveniently located in Blue Rout mall, nice big comfy chairs and and friendly and lively staff. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the mall, take a couple minutes out you're day and potentially save some lives.
