I booked in on 2021 September 12. I was not happy about the place. 1 the place was not clean. 2 the bedding was not clean. 3 in the morning the was no hot water. Remember Secunda is very in the morning. So if a guest house, doesn't provide hot water. It's becoming a real punishment. I won't recommend the place, unless the owner is upgrading the service. Paying R600.00 for one night. I'm was not happy
Had a great stay here and the staff was friendly
The owner is so rude. My father forgot his suit and she was so rude to us. Wouldnt eecomend the place to anyone close to me. The owner has no customer service skills.Rooms: 1/5
