Been training here for about a month now. Extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere, top tier coach who explains and demonstrates everything perfectly. A welcoming place for the experienced fighters or people looking to try something new or for those who want to stay fit. Overly recommended, a great and enjoyable workout everytime!

XKT Benoni is truly an awesome Kickboxing Club, Sensei Matthew is very knowledgeable and a very good instructor, would recommend to anyone looking into getting into Kickboxing and MMA.
