Yogita Yoga has a really warm and welcoming space with lots of clean props/rugs etc. I really enjoy the Essentials of Yoga class. It is both challenging and calming and always makes me feel more grounded. There’s plenty of different classes and times to choose from and thankfully the booking system is really user friendly. Highly recommend!
I’ve been attending yogita yoga classes for years and definitely recommend this studio. It’s beginner friendly, well priced, and welcoming for people of all ages. I love that there is a strong focus on mindfulness in many of the classes as well.
This morning I participated in my first Yin Yoga class facilitated by Anneliese. Wow! What might seem like an hour of long stretching was actually a process of grounding and opening myself up. It was an invitation to stillness and being. A holding space for nurturing and nourishing my mind, body and soul. There was a definite energy shift and I floated out of the studio feeling light, calm and at peace. It was a magical way to start my day. Thank you.
I have recently returned to yoga after a long illness, and I have Yogita Yoga to be just what I needed. I have been able to slowly progress through different types of classes, the instructors have been very helpful and I have found the instruction detailed and accomodating to my needs. Great instructors!
Yogita Yoga is great place to learn and practice yoga, whether you're new or experienced. The teachers are all very welcoming and highly knowledgeable in the physical and non-physical practice of yoga. Highly recommend.
Yogita yoga is a wonderful place to visit and practice yoga. Evelyn's focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga and the mind-body connection has helped me to understand that yoga isn't about achieving perfect postures, but about enjoying the practice and challenge of yoga. Over time, this has allowed me to develop strength, flexibility and composure into my yoga practice and into daily life!
Evelyn and the rest of the Yogita team are amazing and I cannot rate this yoga studio high enough. Not only do the classes challenge both new and seasoned yoga practitioners, but each instructor understands the physical requirements of and limitations of every pose, which allows for a steady and assisted journey to an advanced practice. Yogita Yoga focuses on both the body and the mind, and because of this it gives a complete overview of the benefits of yoga. Five stars ins't enough!
A wonderful and welcoming space to practice Yoga! Yogita is a lovely community made up of passionate teachers and dedicated students, if I could give 6 stars I would! Beautiful space, beautiful energy, beautiful Yoga!

I've been coming for over 2 years and the Restorative Class is the perfect way to unwind, activate the healing process and ground yourself. Thank-you & keep up the good work... you must also try the Yogita Chai...!
