I requested twice and both times, my money was taken yet no driver had come as per request. So YooKoo Ride took my money and delivered NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. I tried contacting them and emailing but their mailbox is too full. I wonder why. Extremely disappointed and I strongly believe they are a scam! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!
2 months later and I'm still waiting for my R800 that was debited from my account for a ride which never came!! Messages and emails are being ignored. Disgusted at this scam company!
Last week I requested, driver took more than 20 minutes to arrive. His car was not in the best condition nevertheless I decided to try again today. I requested however no "taxi" available... This is not acceptable!
