Went there after a frustrating visit to the Renault service point in Pardeen Eiland for a problem with the alternator. Although I didn't book for this visit and they were very busy, they managed to have my car fixed with a new alternator before 5pm! They also managed to fix the central locking mechanism of the boot -for free- where Renault had not been able and suggested to replace the actuator for more than 2k and days of waiting for the parts! They kept me informed during the day with whatsapp messages and pictures on the progress of the repair. And they were smiling! Only little issue is that they don't accept card so you need to pay cash or Eft. But is not a big problem! I highly recommend this place

What an absolute pleasure to deal with Nur and Farahnaz - had some issues with my car and they went beyond what I had expected to sort out the car despite not having all the new parts available - which was professionally refurbished in house. Can not recommend these guys enough.

Noor and Yusuf are such wonderfully warm hearted and friendly guys who do great work. We sent in our cruiser for battery replacements and lights wiring. Thank you for sharing all those amazing tips and for being the kindest electricians i’ve met in my life!

Excellent service from Yusufs Auto Electric. Always there to assist where need be. Repaired my electrical issues on my vehicle without fail. After having my Land Cruiser in at Toyota several times for erratic starting issues, I was referred to Noor at Yusuf's. Not only was the car fixed in a day, he did some additional work within the timelines too and kept the workshop open a bit later for me to collect my truck. 5 star service all day long.. will definitely recommend and will be back here for any issues that might occur in future!

Undoubtedly the best customer service I have experienced in Cape Town. They were closed for the holidays but Noor was so kind to accommodate me abd repair my Mercedes. They have gained a customer for life.
