Title: Disappointing Experience with Zeerust Magistrate Court We recently had an unfortunate experience with the Zeerust Magistrate Court. After Mathew Sichela's case was withdrawn on the 3rd April 2023 , we were promised a refund of my bail money upon the conclusion of his case. However, it has been 23 days since his case has been withdrawn, and we have yet to receive my refund. Despite numerous attempts to contact the court and follow up on the status of our refund, we have been met with unhelpful responses and delays. It is disappointing to see a court fail to fulfill its obligations and provide timely and efficient service to those who rely on it. I understand that court processes can be complex , but the lack of communication and transparency from the Zeerust Clerk of the Courts has left us feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is important for courts to prioritise the needs of those they serve and ensure that they are treated with respect and dignity. Overall, as a unemployed South African citizen, my experience with the Zeerust Magistrate Court has been disappointing, I hope that they will take steps to improve their processes and provide better service to those who rely on them in the future. The people in the court were kept at minimum, the officials observed strict covid rules. They were cleaning the accused dock everytime an accused finished up. They kept Sanitising and also the court officials include the security personnel were quiet helpful..

I haven't been there , was just passing, but the building looks good though, so yeaah‍‍

COVID-19 protocols observed.It was unfortunate was not available for the case i was to attend was postponed to 11/3/2021.Otherwise it was fine

Place is neat and has ample service but small for service of public
