ZENSA Boutique hotel and SPA

My colleagues and I booked Zensa for just a Friday afternoon...last week the 28th of November. We had the time of our lives!!! Everything was done beyond expectation...the venue, the decor, the foooood...wow...just out of this world!!! Service was good; parking was perfect and also the security guard was more perfect I'd like to visit again.and the sea view wow i just love this B&BRooms: 5/5

The rooms are not well maintained. Wardrobe doors are falling, track door inside the room open, shower door broken. I opened the curtains and there were lots of spider websRooms: 2/5

Rooms are nice and clean. if u are lucky to get a sea facing room the views of the beach front are absolutely beautiful. Down side if they are fully booked parking inside can be a nightmare and the public zones can do with a revamp and made more comfortable.Rooms: 4/5

Water is cold in most rooms. Air conditioning not working in most rooms even electric blankets. So the rooms become cold.. this is not a 3 star it's definitely a 1 star and I'm being generous.Rooms: 3/5

They could have done better with the hygiene of the place. Rooms had a musty smell and mould on ceilings even in the bathrooms. Conference room did not meet the standards for holding meetings. Dining/eating in the same conference room was just destructing. Conference room had a musty smell and the windows could do with some cleaning.Rooms: 2/5

Challenges with parking space and my room didn't have a desk and chair to work on my laptop.Rooms: 2/5

Great beach view, conference facility, affordable and secure accommodation for groups and lovely food! The professional service is what brings you back!

What a lovely experience! I also noticed some beautiful renovations to satisfy us clients. Beautiful place.
