This place is definitely home away from home for our furbaby. Having peace of mind that she is in a good place and we don't need to worry about her is a great feeling. We are normally away for a month at a given time and we are sent pictures regularly of our furbaby playing in the garden and having fun with all her friends that are there with her. Thank you for looking after Nala with so much love!
Our large and boisterous 4yr old RR loves to run around with all her friends! And the super nervous 2yr old nervous brother is given space for him to play confidently. Willem, Tania, and the team know the dogs and treat them with love and kindness. My dogs are boarded here for 1-3weeks at a time when needed and it’s a clean and organized production. Nice to have training and grooming on site, as well as space to buy food and goodies. I’d highly recommend this kennel if you are going on a trip and need to have your pups in good care. You’ll even get pics of them playing in the paddock. But if your dog needs longer walks, you can pay to have them hiked.
This is probably one of the best dog hotels in Cape Town. Just need to ensure that your dog's vaccinations are up-to-date. The facility includes a dog parlour private, rooms with air conditioning as well as various large outdoor play areas with shade and dog pools where dogs are paired with similar-sized and other dogs with similar behaviour. The facility also offers dog training for all kinds of dogs and have specialised Labrador retriever courses.
Seems to be a massive trend with improper protocols to follow after an incident. I also do not appreciate the sexist and unapologetic mannerisms of the man who owns this establishment. I would strongly suggest all staff attend a customer service and etiquette course, that's if this business even lasts. Absolutely PATHETIC service.
What a beautiful place! My puppies were treated with such love and care. They are already looking forward to their next stay.
My Bulldog could not be happier! He loves going there everyday and the staff are amazing, caring and always attentive.
My lovelies go to Zimzala a few times a week - for about 2.5years now. They're in love with Zimzala. So am I. Their social skills have improved a lot, they're happy, healthy, well stimulated dogs.
If you love your dog and you hate leaving them alone when you go to work, take them here for doggy day care. It's the best.
One of our dogs was bitten by another dog yesterday at Day Care, and we are extremely disappointed by the way it has been handled! He was washed off and sent on his way. We have just come back from the vet today with a very sad boy in lots of pain - 4 puncture wounds , one with which has developed a hotspot and is oozing. He has a very high temp and is shaking due to pain. We have now been told to wait almost a week to receive any kind of feedback about the event! Shocking and very unsettling!
The only place where your fur babies are looked after as good, or better, than at home.
