Brackenfell Pets

Lovely store has a variety of products for all sorts of pets...only thing off putting is having the staff follow you around and then when you notice they following you around they pretend to pull something straight on the shelf... please guys make your customers feel respected and I'm sure you have enough camera's or angle to see if anyone tries anything without them being aware...should also say the other shoppers didn't get the same experience I got though...guess I fitted the profile

From now on we will only support Brackenfell Pets as we were amazed by the good products and prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A small and young lady that's working there offered to carry my 20kg bag of dog food . I was blown away as this isn't something you come across these days. I carried it myself as she weighed about the same weight as the bag. Big thumbs up to the store and staff.

Wonderful fish products but the owner is not keeping up to hills puppy pack codes. So you are forced to use your coupon even if you want to test if your dog will eat the food in the first place as my dog is very picky on what he eats and might not eat it. We return to their store often but they make as if they lose sales by letting us try the food when hills clearly states that the welcome pack does not require you to buy a bag of food. A waste of time to go there for anything other than items for fish.

If you need any dog, cat or bird food, accessories, fishing equipment for you fish tank, toys for your cat or dog this is the place to visit. Great prices and good variety. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
