Great working out here, gym is clean and tidy, just wish members would not hog 3 sets of dumbells at a time and pack them back in their proper place when they're done!!!

This could be a 5 star gym. Huge, open space, many workout facilities, a lot of equipment, clean lockers and friendly staff. However... the members make a total mess of it. Hardly anyone replaces the equipment they use. Not only causes this a downward spiral why the X should i put it away if no one else is doing it, it's also dangerous. You can easily step on a dumbbell that lies in the middle of nowhere. To Zone Fitness management: please be more vigilant on members who don't clean up their mess!

Good gym with a lot of benches and free weights. It could do with more squat racks. Also I don’t know if this is standard in South Africa but there were no paper towels and disinfectant to wipe down the equipment. In America this is standard

The facilities are surprisingly nice, only issue, which I have with all the zone fitness gyms I’ve been to is that the bikes ALWAYS HAVE problems. If you can debit my account promptly every month, why can you not fix your equipment!! That’s the only thing that ticks me off, but the staff are quite lovelywhich is the only reason you’re getting a 3 and not a 1 star.

Fairly well equipped Gym, spacious, clean Capricorn and reasonably priced. Pleasantly surprised to find my forgotten new item safely kept.

Completely disgusted at the employees of this gym. Management or the higher-ups need to have a real talk with their employees about cat calling. I would not recommend this gym for women wanting to work out in peace without the disgusting gaze or cat calling of the male employees that work there. The promoters for the gym in the mall are particularly at fault Here. Rather opt for Perfect health or Planet fitness

Good weights gym but I went for a few one day sessions and r200 is a bit steep for a day pass even when I was over from England with pounds. However the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The 5 star rating goes to a 'Membership Consultant' by the name of Llyle Macmaster. I had issues with my membership and he assisted me. Good Evening, this is Mrs Solomons. I must say he went above and beyond to make sure it gets sorted. Even while being on the phone with him one could see that he takes pride in his work and enjoys helping the next person out. To me its an absolute pleasure to be able to receive such assistance from someone and it really speaks of his character. Please convey my gratitude and thanks to him, one can see he really does go above and beyond for an absolute stranger. God bless him!
