The Gym is incompetent and unprofessional at the same time.the management lack leadership skills and is failing to keep the clients happy.. I remember during national shutdown the gym was closed without communicating with gym members, today the 23rd of June 2023 there is no electricity which started on the 22nd in the morning, my point is that the management fails at all time to communicate with the clients and come up with solutions for the damage caused to members. That contract that they issue to members is totally bogus and it needs proper amendment as the Gym itself is failing to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated...I totally regret for joining this incompetent Gym..All they focus on is money but not making their clients happy...they want you owing them R10 they will send you endless emails and block your access..it's been two days now without working out but I have membership with them..I wasted my money

I made the worst mistake when I joined this gym last year in October while I was visiting Pretoria. I explained to the consultant that I would only be there for a month. However, in January I received a call stating that I'd missed payments from Nov - Jan, after explaining my situation to a consultant. They told me to write and email to cancel my membership and that is exactly what I did. In February, I received another call stating that I was now behind on four payments I keep getting calls from different agents btw. Someone replied to confirm that they would cancel my membership but I was still being harassed. Yesterday, I then received an SMS that they have handed me over to their lawyers. At this point I haven't received any formal communication with a statement/outstanding balance. Every consultant that calls gives me a different balance. To say that Zone Fitness is unprofessional would be an understatement. I regret associating myself with them.

It's a beautiful gym facility with nice fees. It has all gym equipments for all kinds of exercises, They also offer great aerobics exercise session.

They make you to aign contract without explaining everything you just see debit order moving

It's okay for beginners. Not alot of weights and machines for legs and back.

This would have been my 1st gym when I arrived in Pretoria 2 years ago 2020 only went to the gym for one week and decided to cancel before my initial contract starts after realizing what was told to me my of of an incompetent selfish sales consultant did not correspond with what was written on the contract Customer service is poor. Lying to a customer to make sales is not ideal. Tell the truth and see if the customer joins than lying and getting the customer join only ro cancel after a week yes that's kinda like is what you want because you will charge the person 40% from the remaining months not used cancelation fee which you tell people by mouth is only 10% whilst is actually 40%. U will gain some peanuts money but we will come back here to leave these bad reviews and you decide whether u care about peanuts money with bad reputation bad customer service Paying fees are R10 cheaper compared to planet fitness and u have good options such as student accounts and fusing gym membership which is great in case you still wondered why I gave you 3 starts review after such a bad experience. Is because the gym is great but your sales consultants tend to lie often, + your receptionists front ladies well at least one that I came across with is very rude, would chat to her colleagues and just lough with u standing there. Fix those 2 departments. 1. Don't lie to customers misleading them 2. Train your sales consultants on honesty and those ladies to welcome customers

If only they can add enough equipment, there’s too many people sharing few machines. You hardly get to complete your exercises because equipment is always occupied.

The water is usually cold and they don't validate parking. You have to pay a gym membership and parking. The parking is also not cheap. Their machines are broken on a regular basis. Plus when you complain they never come back to you
