Working with 1GR and Randy, the owner, was a great experience. This was my first home renovation project and Randy was very helpful in working with me to find the right design for my master bathroom. The tile work done by his crew looks great and Randy was available each step if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

This is my second time using 1GR Builders. Both times I initially hired them to install my floors but wound up adding on projects. The crew is very professional and works extremely hard. I've compared the installation of my floors to my neighbors who paid significantly more and mine were installed way better. In my first home, the removed the baseboards rather than taking the easy way and installing quarter round throughout. This looks a lot more professional and speaks to the quality of their work. Mike who estimated the job was extremely fair on my price. I've hired many contractors before and only wish everyone had been as professional and low priced as 1GR. I cannot speak highly enough about their entire organization.

I'm so pleased to recommend 1GR! The tiling crew that installed our kitchen backsplash, bathroom floor, and tile shower surround are *the best* ~ such quality workmanship, and they were remarkably efficient finishing all of these jobs in less than 5 days. That's less than half the time I'd been quoted by other area contractors. We trusted this team in our home even when my husband and I were not able to be present, and I didn't think twice about it. The tile crew was incredibly conscientious and thoughtful! Pricing was competitive for our area, and the fact that they were able to schedule projects within days of starting a new contract was sooo appreciated. I did have a rough go with one member of the 1GR team responsible for providing quotes, but the owner was very quick to respond and resolve my issues and I've since learned that the employee I'd struggled to communicate with is no longer with the company. We had one mishap with a vanity install, but again, 1GR stepped up and replaced the damaged vanity top with a surface that is actually of higher quality than the product we'd originally purchased. I don't think it's realistic to expect home renovations to go flawlessly, but 1GR really stepped up to the plate when I needed solutions. Thankful for these projects to be completed ~ so happy with how these spaces turned out!
