Denise and her team really took a hands-on approach while walking us through the application process. We had a number of questions due to our specific circumstances and there was always somebody available to respond to us. We really appreciate everything that Denise and her team did to help.

The management is extremely unprofessional here, the parking situation is an absolute nightmare. There are numerous drug deals going on throughout the complex, and the place is always a wreck. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

My roommate and were really overwhelmed by all the options for living in Atlanta but pleasantly surprised at 131 Ponce. Due to the care, attentiveness and over knowledgeability of Brandon, we are seriously considering this complex. He gave a great tour and was incredibly helpful!

Property s clean and regulated to maintain cleanliness. Location is perfect for North Avenue Metro and future Norfolk Southern head quarters.
