Sam was very helpful and relatable. Me and bf came in for a tour and he did an awesome job.
Do not live here. No security, homeless people rummaging through trash and recycling regularly. Things break frequently, you're getting raked over the coals for what you pay. The roof is the only selling point, and it was down for more than half of my original lease term.
New apartment nice on the inside with thinnish walls. Not quite midtown IMO and not a safe area to walk.
So far, I've really enjoyed my time at Savannah Midtown! My maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours, the community is quiet, and I feel safe here.
