Honestly this place is not my favorite to be honest . It is not and. I mean NOT 1.35 a scoop that is a lie and false advertisement . I came in with 7 people in our group and we got 3 scoops each I paid 70$ every item is priced differently and not one of them is under 2.50 ! And half the stuff wasn't my favorite. Half the people in our group said they enjoyed the food half said that they would never eat again. So it's really up to the individual I guess. Just based on price I will never choose. This. Place when there are. Others way better. Priced. I just think it's funny that it's called 1.35 scoop. Like ....scam!
It is in fact affordable takeout. If you want a takeout tray with noodles and 2 entries AND soup for under $13, this is it. Delicious.
We came her on Christmas day for dinner. Our normal " scoop" style place was closed, so we decided to give these a try. And WOW, we were very impressed! I think most people are aware that any scoop style Chinese place isn't going to be ultra gourmet food. But this beats most sit-down Chinese restaurants. My wife and I both got 3 scoops, and I got an extra serving of sweet and sour chicken. Everything we got was definitely more on the basic side, but there is nothing wrong with that. For being Christmas day, the workers were amazing too! Amazing customer service, and worked like a well-oiled machine. We will make sure to continue to patronize this place and make sure other people know how amazing this place is!
My chow mein had no noodles! The chicken was clearly boiled and completely tasteless. The chicken fried rice was equally disappointing. No utensils were provided and everything was delivered in an old cardboard boxFood: 1/5
The food was delicious and they give you generous portions! I do wish that the lo mein had vegetables mixed in but was delicious regardless. It's cheaper to buy in person compared to online! I got take out and did notice the shop is rather small and a bit cluttered with boxes.Food: 4/5
The food here is always great. They are constantly replacing it with freshly cooked food, it may be just me but I really like their lo mein and their egg rolls.Food: 5/5
Merry Christmas!!!! Turning 31 tomorrow and I've been eating a dollar 35 scoop for almost a few decades now and I'll continue to keep eating the best Chinese in Denver. With my wife:Food: 5/5
Great food! I think they just need to tidy the place up a bit as they’ve been open for years and always have boxes and stuff laying around in the open so it seems they’re either just opening or soon to be closing. Minus one star for that, the food is never an issue!Food: 5/5
I’ve never received so much food for $7. It’s like Panda Express, but not quite as good, but much better value. They PACK the box full. This picture was after I ate some.
The best. I go here whenever I'm in the area fast and fresh. The Mongolian beef with Sriracha is my favorite... I love the fact the kids sometimes help the customers very respectful family owned I assume. Best cheap Chinese food in town by far. Parking: In front of restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They sometimes have their own children there. Very respectful occasionally help customers. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surfaces, no ramps necessary easily accessible
