Edit: gave this place another shot and they still have some kinks to work out but the customer service is much improved. Had a long wait for my desired food to be made and they hooked me up with some free food to make up for it. Upgrade from 2 to 4 stars Been going here regularly and I’ve enjoyed the experience except today they decided to give small portions. Idk if you can tell but these are smaller portions than I have been getting for months. Orange chicken is always heaping high and when they charge extra for a “premium” option they shouldn’t also serve less. When I expressed my concern and unhappiness they acted as if I was born yesterday. No thank you
Girl who may or may not be a manager clear pinkish glasses and many buttons on her hat, LUCINE name tag was quite rude to staff and customers along with delivery people . She attempted to give us egg rolls that had dropped on to the floor and argued with this poor fellow named Bear about if the egg rolls came out of the paper packaging or not. Lucine then insisted to Bear that the egg rolls were still “good and these people need to stop complaining “. Bear insisted that he would not make us pay for food that had dropped on to the floor . In the end we waited over 15 minutes for our egg rolls and had to go back into line to ask for them again after seeing many other customers receive them EXCEPT us. Jay another panda staff had to also witness Lucine’s poor character. Thankfully Jay was understanding and quickly provided the paid for order. Congratulations to Bear and Jay for being professional and upholding what I would consider the Panda Express company expectations.
Kudos to Laura and Sonia for assisting over 20 customers all on their own. The place was so busy and those were the only 2 employees I saw while I stood in line for half an hour. The only downfall was watching them handle food, then cash people out at the register, then handle food again, etc etc NO GLOVES or HAND WASHING at all. Like most reviews I also was really hungry and craving panda so I waited in line but it will be my last time coming here smh…
I've never seen a team so lost and unable to provide food. I walked in to a HUGE line of people waiting for their orders, because half of their selection was being cooked. To make it easy on them I just selected what they had available. Then I was told I couldn't pay for the food until everyone else got their food ahead of me. After several minutes of watching the team scramble, no food coming out, the line not moving, I went to Qdoba. By the time I got out with my order, I saw Panda still hadn't served anyone. I feel bad for the team and customers. That is some MESSED UP management.
Waited close to 20 minutes to order food with no one in line due to them prioritizing online orders over customers waiting in line. Ordered a plate with two entree’s and chow mein and was charged for a bigger plate and served a third entree of orange chicken when I didn’t ask for it. When asked if I would like to donate I declined and then was told “that’s okay we’ll just round up your change to donate” by who I assume was the manager. Told them no again. Overall, customer service was awful and food portion is on the smaller side.
Really needed to grab a latte dinner. Raced down 25 min before close. Was willing to get whatever they had left. They had closed early because they ran out of food. I’m glad food wasn’t wasted but just seems wrong not to post it online when you’re closed.
Got a pretty large order, everything was fine till checkout, dude was rude, slow- kept messing things up and didn’t put everything in our bag. We paid for food we didn’t get.
The food was awesome, but I ordered a bigger plate, so I got white rice and orange chicken, the plate seemed a bit lite to me. Didn't think nothing of it, we were busy talking and eating. I ate all the orange chicken in the tray and opened the little box and again a little lite, what in the world, I got a plate for the price of a bigger plate.
BUGS IN OUR FOOD!!! they did not refund me!!! don’t eat here if you don’t want to get sick!
Rude employees. Wife was sick and needed to go to bathroom. They had a working bathroom. They refused to let her even though we were paying customers. Same employee refused a woman and a baby. This is not acceptable. Do not go to this panda.
