Waited for 20 minutes stuck in the drive through to be told to go astound and wait. Waited 15 more minutes, went back to the drive through to see what was wrong and they said "idk what happened" . The girl in the drive through gave us a strawberry shake to make the 40 min wait better. So 3 stars for that! For what is worth the food was good.

I just purchased a mashed potato bowl got home and tried it and the nuggets are disgusting the oil they were cooked in taste rancid. I don’t know why you would sell Fried chicken cooked in old oil …?? I will be bringing it back to them tomorrow. Sad and hungry

Went inside, stood there for a while, wasn't greeted or approached by an employee. Decided it wasn't worth getting food here since we were being ignored. Two employees were standing in the back just gossiping.Service: 1/5

Dirty and very slow but the food was good at least. At McDonald's you see people cleaning all the time, not one person did the whole visit. Seemed to be understaffed possibly. Won't be going back until they get a major overhaul.

It was a complete waste coming to KFC. The service here is horrible. Took 15 minutes to get a chocolate shake. The food was okay but not great. The people were not friendly at all. And there is a horrible smell in the building. It is disgusting.

Went in to the finally open lobby, stood there for several minutes waiting to be helped, just to have no acknowledgment. Nobody even bothered to look up to see us. The employees were standing around in the back talking and it did not seem like anyone was even remotely trying to help us. Left still hungry and disappointed. Thanks for nothing.

The Chicken sandwich and fries are amazing, the only reason I can't give 5 stars is the day I went the bathroom was out of order so the lobby didn't smell good. Will go back and adjust my review accordingly some day

Worse KFC ever, unhealthy and unsanitary kitchen aswell. A bunch of childern working that keep there gloves on after touching cash and personal items. Waited 20 minutes to head to the location after I placed my online order to only be told when I got there they hadent started it. It took them 45 minutes. They still messed it up after all that time. No biscuits or gravy. HORRIBLE LOCATION!

Customer service includes listening. Where is my hot sauce? Also, I understand it’s been cold, but mac & cheese should be warmer than room temp. The number of one star reviews is extremely accurate. Let’s be real, getting orders from a fixed menu right isn’t that hard…

Absolutely the worst restaurant!! I asked to order the new fish on the menu and was told it would take 8 to 9 minutes and as I turned to explain to my 91 year-old Mother whose hard of hearing the person on the intercom told me not to hollar at her. My Mother ordered chicken nuggets that were so dry and hard she literally could not eat them. Really not interested in an apology probably won't get one because we will never be back.
