Went here thinking it would be a nice clean store with good food considering it's in Bel Mar, Boy I was wrong. Went inside everything seemed dirty, no air circulation whatsoever! Employees took 5 minutes before acknowledging us, and there was like 15 workers! Ghetto people kinda! Ordered the $3.50 Gold Digger hamburger and it looked nothing like the ads! See pictures I included, I only gave 2 stars because the little star shaped nuggets were fresh and good! Yeah this burger was so sorry omg!

It's the customer service that keeps me coming back! The really tall guy with all the tattoos always makes my food perfectly and serves it to me fresh. He's always really friendly and accommodating. I think his name is Sam, im not sure, but he definitely deserves a raise and should be the Manager. I run my own business and if he was my employee he would most definitely make a successful business manager and team leader. I tell all my friends and family to come eat here but make sure Sam is the one taking care of your service.

So the overall quality of the food at this location has continued to go down hill over the last couple of years. I am fairly confident that their food products are still the same, but the quality of the prepared food is questionable at best. Last visit here was probably also my last. Burnt ziccinni, cold onion rings and a cold and unappealing 5 star burger.

I've always liked the burgers at Carl's, and I usually hit the drive-thru. But yesterday I went inside and I was surprised at how extremely clean it was. And the staff were very friendly. Thumbs up!

i usually enjoy going to this location whenever I have the free time, however lately I’ve been having issues lately with the management here. The manager Teresita has been incredibly unprofessional for the past couple of times Ive gone to Carls Jr. not only was she in her pajamas, she was allowing her what I assume to be her children to run around in the back of the register and scream and act unruly. I understand being a parent is hard, however I saw peoples orders being played around with by the unsupervised kids. She has an awful attitude. I asked her politely to fix an order of mine that had been missing a few items and she rolled her eyes and went to the back for around 10 minutes when I know adding missing fries to an order does not take that long. I also witnessed her yelling at and threatening fellow staff members. I understand keeping staff in line, however causing a scene isn’t necessary.

I used to love this place now you can't even go through the drive through without having to wait for a cold burger and stale fries. Don't go after 6pm the drive through people make you drive around to the front of the restaurant just to wait forever and deliver cold food. the fried zucchini is usually not even crispy by the time I get it. They are really slow for a fast food place

I really like Carl's burgers - all varieties, but especially the Angus. This location provides fast, friendly service inside and drive through.Food: 5/5

The staff is very friendly which is the only reason this location is getting a 2 star. One of our meals had obviously been cooked long before ordered. When mentioned to the staff they kindly said their was nothing they could do. That is how the burgers come. The worst part though were the flies... I've never been in a fast food location where flies are an issue let alone this many while trying to eat at the indoor booths. I would say PASS on this place.

I can't say anything bad about Carl's Jr i love their breakfast, lunch, jalapeno poppers and strawberry cheesecake. Being one of my first jobs when i was just 16, I've been a regular ever since. It's a must have at least once every couple months.Takeout: Yes

Ran through the drive-thru on the way home took about 15 minutes and rather than getting the burger I ordered ended up with two orders of chicken tenders. Know most people would be like score, but they came with no sauce and I can report definitely needs some sauce. Did get my drink that was a plus but did 100% get charged for a burger and fries. All good probably a bad day or a new guy or gal, I might give it another shot if I'm back in the area.
