Yogurt was tasty but they were out of like half the yogurts and a bunch of toppings so wasn't as fun as most froyo experiences :/
frozen joghurt was already melted and the guy removed all the chairs after we arrived at 9pm, so that we couldn't sit. I asked him why, because it was open till 11pm. He said something and then put 2 chairs outside. We had to sit in front with no table and I don't get why. The store was not clean and the employees were only sitting there. very lazy
We all had a blast here! The kids love how they can choose the flavors, toppings, and quantities! This location is pretty spacious. The staff was very helpful and patient... With all the kids, then with the requests for samples, and then the mess, they were great!
Super fast and the employees are nice. The froze yogurt tasted very good. I took my sister out to eat there and we had a good time. Also they had our favorite show on tv “Bob’s Burger”!
Not what it used to be!! Three years ago I gave this place 4 stars. Now the last two times I visited, at least a third of the machines were broken, and the remaining ones were mostly vegan and yogurt - plus a few odd flavors. I used to enjoy coming here, but from now on we will go elsewhere whenever the craving comes over us.
Went there for frozen yogurt. Overall a good experience and the taste of the different flavors was okay. I feel they could have a larger variety of flavors given the size of the store.
I go here every week to support and every week 50% of the machines are not working. It doesn’t matter what time it is, i haven’t seen all machines running since before Covid. What is working is generally liquidy. Don’t even get me started on the staff. A bunch of teenagers with bad attitudes who don’t care about anything. The store is always filthy too. Such a major downwards turn during Covid that I’d hoped would be resolved by now but sadly it hasn’t.
Horrible location!! Not only was there only a few machines working but the area where they keep the yogurt was extremely hot. The cashiers were very nice though. Would call first to make sure all machines are working before I go.
This place is my favorite neighborhood dessert spot. I’ve been going to 16 handles since they opened their first location on Long Island, years ago. 4 stars not 5 because the actual seating area available is a bit dark and dingy feeling. It hasn’t been redone in ages and feels slightly dirty / trampled over. I am thrilled, though, that they have sorbet dairy free flavors AND new cashew milk ice creamy” flavors that are also diary free!!
I've walked by a couple times and always told myself I'd come in one day to try it out. Finally I made the decision to do so and I was not disappointed. They had some cool flavors along with the classics. The staff was very nice and allowed my fiancé and I to try a couple of flavors even though it was pretty packed. We decided to go with a scoop of cookies and cream and a scoop of Thai iced tea in a waffle cone. The cookies and cream and huge chunks of Oreo cookies in it which I loved. The Thai iced tea tastes exactly like an actual Thai iced tea.
