This B+B is the cutest!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful!! We stayed in The Estate Room #303 and the bathroom had the most beautiful marble flooring and a large soaking tub, and the room had a fireplace! Breakfast was delicious and the dining room was so cutely decorated for valentine’s day!! The overall service was 10/10!! Highly suggest coming here for a cute weekend trip to Baltimore! Walkability: Right in the Little Italy area of Baltimore with tons of amazing restaurants, also less than 10 minute walk to Inner Harbor!
I absolutely loved my time at the Carrollton Inn. It’s such a short walk to Johns Hopkins which was very convenient for me. It felt safe. God, the breakfast was AMAZING. I loved how they have vegan options. So great. You can’t beat the hot tub jacuzzi in the room. After a long day of work, it was the perfect relaxation time. The room is so clean and quiet. Did I mention they serve warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon? A big shoutout to the wonderful and caring staff for making my stay so enjoyable. They are the kindest people. I can’t wait to come back!
We arrived early for our occasion and the staff was friendly/helpful in helping us store our luggage. Free parking in their lot. The hotel is super cute and our room Annapolis was sizeable as was the bathroom. Breakfast to our room in the morning, all fresh. We were super pleased with our stay and would definitely return. Such a great alternative to traditional hotels!
Very friendly staff and nice quaint rooms. I have stayed in historical hotels before, and they typically tend to feel their age. The 1840’s Carrollton Inn has the vintage look and feel but the amenities like the bath, shower, toilets, lighting etc… all function in a modern way. The lobby area has several small areas for larger groups to hang out together in a semi private setting. Walking distance to several restaurants, little Italy, and a Starbucks. They also have room service and coffee service, which arrived at the exact specified time.
Excellent service, location, and value! Right across a canal and <15 min walk from most everything in Baltimore Inner Harbor. Room was very clean. Location seemed safe but it’s a quiet residential area and at night there’s few pedestrians, so stay alert. Parking lot is gravel and a little tricky to navigate, but that’s expected for cities - it is well lit with security cameras and electric car chargers.
My partner and I have stayed here twice. Most recently we were in town for Trevor Noah and loved being able to retreat to this cozy and welcoming place after the show. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast and cookies are a nice touch and the staff is always very warm and friendly. Thanks again for a lovely stay!Rooms: 5/5
