Let me start by saying that nothing gives me more anxiety than going to the dentist. Having said that, the team at 18th Street Dental and Dr Faisal have always been so careful and easy to work with! I’ve been going there for 2 years and they’ve done a lot of dental work for me. They never rush the process and make sure I’m comfortable. Highly recommend, especially if you also don’t enjoy going to the dentist!

Superior customer service from start to finish. The front desk is extremely competent and always helpful to navigate the administrative side. The dentists and hygienists are the best. If you want a gentle touch this is the place. They place your health first and collaborate with you to develop the best treatment plan for you. -Smile

I was particularly impressed by the excellent teamwork between Dr. Mir and his assistant during the work. It all went smoothly and quickly, with particular attention to my comfort, all for a reasonable price. I was quite pleasantly surprised by this visit to a dentist!

I had a fantastic experience at your office initially scheduling with Dana, she made my needs a priority by calling me to come in sooner when an appointment opened up. Dana also worked with the hygienist to get me scheduled for my 2nd appointment before the hygienist went out of the country. Then at the end there was a billing issue with my provider and she jumped on it immediately to get resolved. I really felt taken care of and am happy to say 18th Street Dental is my NEW Dental Home.

I was with my prior dentist for 7 years and switched after a traumatic experience there. Dr. Wang listened to my concerns and was absolutely awesome! The entire staff is professional and welcoming. My entire family now comes here!!!

Dr Jailin Wang did my cleaning. She was very gentle and gave me good advice regarding possibly upgrading a permanent retainer. The office filed a pre-treatment authorization with my insurance company and that estimate should be forthcoming. I highly recommend Dr Wang and look forward to my next visit.
