One star for the front office/receptionists, 4-5 stars for the optometrist and other staff who fit for glasses. I went in for my first eye exam in 20 years, knowing that it was finally time for glasses. I brought my 7yo as well, and it was also going to be her first time needing glasses. This was in the fall of 2021. The front staff are extremely rude. I dismissed it that first visit, took note of it the second visit, and then observed it for a third and fourth time this year. They essentially act inconvenienced that you’re even in the building. The actual eye exam was very thorough. I do wish I’d gotten more help picking out frames, since it was my first time wearing glasses. I was left to figure it out on my own. This year I have different insurance and am at a different clinic with actual helpful, friendly staff. Seeing the difference is what drove me to write this review!!

My experience was great! Until I wanted to purchase my own glasses somewhere else and needed my PD measurements, which were not provided to me in my prescription. I have never gotten a prescription where that information was not provided. When I called, and asked if they could measure me, they said yes, but I would need to pay $20 because I was not purchasing my glasses from them. I had to call other places near me and they happily said they would do it for for free. I will not be returning to this location, I don’t think it’s fair to pay for something that should be provided for free.

Dr. Gerig is a wonderful and knowledgeable eye doctor. He acts as though there is no where else he would like to be. His thoroughness is top notch and he explains everything in terms which I could completely understand. His optician, front desk and clinic assistant/tech were all wonderful as well. I wish I knew their names so I could give everyone a shout out. My boys had eye surgery as young kids and would see dr G regularly. They liked going there to see him as well.

My whole family has been seeing Dr.Gerig for years. He is a consummate professional who is always kind and thoughtful to his patients. I recommend 20/20 EyeCare often!

Experience is the greatest teacher and the folks here have plenty of it as eye doctors. If you value cumulative knowledge acquired from a lifetime of service. Shop here!

Dr was very thorough and great. Explained everything he was doing to me. Being my first eyes exam, he made me feel very comfortable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Kristen who was very sweet. Comfortable and clean office. Dr. Gerig was really easy to chat with and answered questions in a way that was easy to understand. Definitely the best eye doctor I’ve been to so far and would recommend them.
