2111 Holly Hall Apartments

Worst place to ever live in. Have had very bad encounter with the lady at reception who's rude almost every time we try to ask something. The air conditioning does not work good at all. Ours had been broken 4 times in 10 months already. Roaches are another story. The roads ain't built right. Too many potholes. Fear of getting robbed at anytime. Couldn't possibly say you're safe here. If there was a 0 star I would have given this place a 0 star. Can't even try to remember something good about this place. Shootings happen all the time. The office is closed mostly all the time. Anyone tryna move here i'd just recommend a big fat NO. The owners don't care about anything but the money.

I have been here for a very long time, only because it has been convenient for me, and everytime the wind blows there is a new management company stepping in. Sharon and that last crew were UTTERLY ridiculous and highly INEPT although I liked Donald Luna . I am only leaving a positive review now just because of my current encounters with Victoria, and Jeff maintenance. Victoria has been prompt with staying in touch and keeping me updated regarding any and all my concerns, which I very much appreciated, and Jeff has been ready and available everytime Victoria sent him my way. The three times I encountered him, he always arrived in a timely manner, was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and efficient in handling his business. I hope to always continue to deal with these two IF/WHEN problems arise.

If I could get his place zero Stars I would my partner got shot on property a year or so ago and I did not get any apology for that there's no secured Gates no camera on site they have shootings at night and Rsidents getting robbed at their doorstep and this is recent . The foundation issues are terrible infested with rats and roaches the owners do not care all they want is their money there is no one in the office to manage the office they are managing everything from Miami who does that I've never heard of a company that manages from another state the owners are pathetic . They move in drug dealers and trashy people. Lets not talk about the homeless busting in doors. Nothing But trash just like their property it probably will never be a good place to live at beware of 21111 Holly Hall it's a death trap

I am writing this review because of the massive investment the owner's are having to make to try to return this property from the mismanagement that happened; we have an opportunity. I will try to take pictures of our new sign, the bright beautiful blue outdoor walls and tasteful pumpkin doors because where we live can be as special as we want it to become. Let's see what happens when we don't give up.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place, the management, the management company, and property owner are ridiculous. The apartments are unsuitable to live in. I have sent emails to the property management company, the property manager, and met with the property manager in person. The same problems exist. There is an infestation of roaches. The property owner allowed us to go 7 days without power. They DO NOT care about the tenants. I lost $360 worth of groceries and spent over $335 to make hotel accommodations due to the power outage. They refuse to compensate for my losses, refused to prorate the rent, and refuse to transfer me to a rehabilitated apartment. Find another place to live because GDF Properties and Robert the property owner, will have you living in unsustainable living conditions! ***UPDATE*** The comment that 2111 Holly Hall placed under my review is NOT TRUE. My building alone with 21 other buildings were without power 7 days before generators were bought to the property. They kept blaming Centerpoint, but 2111 Holly Hall is responsible for the outages. In fact, Friday, May 12, 2023, another transformer has blown out. 22 buildings are currently without power again. No compensation for losses, no prorated rent, and no empathy for tenants.

Gate was broken so I had to enter through the exit gate and they have spikes installed to deploy when you go over the speed bump. Really nice for when emergency vehicles have to enter that way. Screw this place

My name is Taneisha Scott and I moved into 2111 Holly Hall in May 2021! I did the standard walkthrough, pointed out all the things that needed to be fixed/ replaced, provided pictures and nothing has been done! I have holes everywhere, old filters, broken cabinets, BACKED UP SEWAGE IN MY DISHWASHER, a huge hole in my stove, refrigerator sometimes freeze and sometimes don't, ceiling fan goes extremely slow in the Master bedroom forcing me to purchase and run 3 fans due to it being extremely hot in that room only, windows need new blinds and filters for the townhome, and something is wrong with my AC. The monitor or something needs to be replaced and AC UNIT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OR CHANGED! All Management gives me is excuses that they are short of staff and the crew is busy! I literally just had pest control come two days ago! Remember my requests have been since May 2021! Now, today 9/22/21 I get a knock at my door to remove a door net because the owners are doing a walkthrough of the property! Excuse you, fix what needs to be fixed and do what your supposed to do for a paying NEW RESIDENT! I honestly don't know what else to do! we are so unhappy!

This place is terrible nobody believes in picking up the phone in the office at all they clearly leave the ringers off,U have to be on a waiting list just to get things fixed in your apartment even the ones that are an emergency seriously,The foundation inside the apartment are terrible as if the floors are gonna fall in,The young slim dark lady in the office stays high all the time,You have to watch her because she can’t be trusted at all I have seen her snitch to police on residents with my own eyes,They share information with maintenance of your personal information that they shouldn’t,I seen maintenance knocking on doors asking residents when was they gonna pay rent etc…Why is maintenance doing that there job is to fix things in the apartment not to know your personal business…This place have really changed from the time I first move here,ppl are moving out daily because now they just let anyone move in here

SHERRELL IS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL ALONG WITH OTHER OFFICE STAFF BUT 2111 HOLLY HALL HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST MISTAKES I’VE EVER MADE. MY APT WAS BROKEN INTO AND RANSACKED CAUSE OF NO SECURITY WHEN WE WENT TO FINISH MOVING OUT THIS MORNING,ROACH INFESTATION, JACKLEG MAINTENANCE,AIR CONDITIONER”S CONSTANTLY RUNNING OR BREAKING DOWN CAUSING HIGH LIGHT BILLS, YOUR RENT KEEPS GOING HIGHER CAUSE ALL THE OTHER CHARGES ADDED ON: SEWER,WATER, TRASH.VALET TRASH PICKUP IS INCLUDED IN LEASE WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT. I WAS PAYING 845 TO 1000 FOR 1 BEDROOM AROUND LESS THAN 700 SQUARE FEET. WE ALSO WERE CHARGED FOR PEST CONTROL BUT HAD TO BOMB APT OURSELVES WHICH MADE ROACHES WORSE AND THE ROACHES WERE LIKE IS THAT ALL YOU GOT?????????? THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY BEFORE THIS ONE REALLY MESSED OVER ALOT OF TENANTS INCLUDING MYSELF AND I”M NO LONGER THERE BUT IN A BETTER PLACE!!!!!!!!! WINDOW WAS BROKEN BY SOMEONE FROM UPSTAIRS,I CALLED EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE, NO ONE EVER CAME, WE PATCHED OURSELVES AND THATS HOW THEY BROKE INTO APT AND WINDOW IS STILL BROKEN AS OF NOW.

Do note move here. You may find rats in your apartment once you start living here. The staff managing the property do not care despite us raising this issue multiple times. Eventually we had to find our own solutions to catch the rats.
