Cambridge Court Apartment

Trash is not emptied regularly... I see the staff work constantly to pick up trash around the complex to keep things clean BUT the dumpsters are not emptied often enough and build up to this obscene mess. This happens every week. It doesn't matter how nice the units are. If this is a regular sight then the rent is not worth it and neither is the HOA fee. This is not a complaint about the employees or staff but purely on the HOA that is not putting enough resources into providing a service that is paid for heavily by the community UPDATE one week later: Trash was taken... But most of it was left behind, so the pile continues to be an eyesore

Good and safe. Right next to bus stop. Had some roach problems but that can probably be lessened if you keep your apartment really clean. Everything worked for us except the garbage disposal broke constantly, but my landlords were helpful. No problems with neighbors and our apartment had very pretty natural light and windows. I love that very few people go to the pool so it's usually empty. The entrance gate is an unnecessarily complicated system though. Guests have to call you then you unlock it from your phone. Makes getting food delivery very weird.

I am an Uber eats driver, after coming in through gate 3, I find myself driving through a “maze” to find the exit gate never found it. Got lucky enough to run into a tenant who Was kind enough to use his remote to open one of the opening gates for me to exit. He claimed the gate he opened for me remotely didn’t even work to exit the property. What a headache.

I was showing a condo that is for sale. I really liked this complex. Especially for the price range. It is well kept, quite, orderly, and safe. My client loves it too.

Very quiet. Love this place.

Safe and quiet condo complex with a lot of medical professionals. 24/7 manned guard at the gate which makes me feel better.

There is no question about liking or not. My son lives here and I am here as a visitor.
