The best living experience I've had in an apartment. They're converted condos and as such have concrete floors and ceilings which means very little noise transfer
I lived at 2121 Belmont for over a year. I've lived in many rental buildings of different styles and in different places, and this is by far the best experience I've had. The building is concrete and has excellent windows, which is rare in a low-rise like this, and that means less noise. My apartment had a few maintenance issues, a couple of them large, and the management and maintenance staff were always flexible and communicated updates quickly. The staff themselves are outstanding, not a single email or random question ever went unanswered and they were incredibly helpful from my first viewing all the way through to my deposit refund. The location is also great, very close to downtown as well as all kinds of shops, services and grocery stores. It's a bit more expensive than other buildings in the neighborhood, and it's well worth it.
Very upscale apartments, but the leasing office is quite difficult to work with. I had a tour set up to look at a unit, but it got cancelled by the leasing office because of smoke. After some back-and-forth, I told them that I'd be willing to apply sight unseen for the unit. This was less than one week later. At that point, they told me that the rent would be $100 more per month than they originally quoted me. They were also completely unwilling to make any compromises on leasing or move in specials. I've since signed a lease elsewhere, but I'll be avoiding this residence in the future because of the poor experience. While it may seem appealing thanks to the high rating here, I would suggest looking at the Google reviews for Greystar since they manage this residence. You'll definitely get more transparency into how they do business that way. Again, I'm sure these are nice apartments but be prepared for the management to play bait-and-switch games with you.
My wife and I have lived here since 2012 and love it. The units are amazingly built and very quiet. The staff has been hit or miss over the years, but the current staff of Leah and Emma are absolutely amazing. Maintenance is always professional and completed quickly. Would highly recommend!
Wow...What a place! I have lived at 2121 Belmont Apartments for a year now and couldn't be happier. The Building - The building is a newer construction that was apparently intended to be condos. Because of this the quality is leaps and bounds above what most places in the area are. Hard wood, tall ceilings, gas ranges, W/D in unit, central AC, and quite AF to boot. There really is not a single finish in the units that I would consider "budget" or "low end." There are lots of little building pluses as well; a nicely gym, a dog "car wash," underground parking, secured entry, secure package lockers, and much more! The Management - This place really shines in this department! Now, I've dealt with property managers at other buildings and they always seem to be at odds with their tenants; not at 2121. Leah prop manager is an actual angel. She keeps the place in tip top shape; whether it is power washing the siding, replacing carpeting, or improving landscaping, she is ALWAYS doing something to improve the look and feel of the building. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in the blink of an eye, and completed correctly the first time. Whenever I call with a question or request, Emma always answers right away and is friendly and positive. The Community - This place is great for someone new to the area or looking to meet some new pals! There are frequent building sponsored events happening; be it Sunday brunches with mimosas, or occasional fresh donuts, there always seem to be fun things happening. I highly recommend someone check out 2121 Belmont Apartments when looking for a place...you won't regret it!
The community is really pleasant. There are constant community activities being organized, and even though I haven't been able to attend, it's great to know there are so many chances to connect. The tenants' dogs are always a treat to pet while in the elevator.
This apartment has been absolutely great, top of the line appliances, cabinets, windows sound proofing and cement accents throughout that give the apartment an industrial touch. Management Leah has been nothing but helpful, answering all our questions and extending a helping hand whenever possible! The gym has great, updated equipment, the garage is private and the bike storage is a big plus
We loved calling 2121 Belmont home for almost five years! This building cannot be beat - the finishings are top quality, the location is perfect, the apartment layouts are designed well, other residents are friendly... Most importantly the current staff - Leah, Emma and Phil - are all professional, helpful and welcoming! They have gone above and beyond to make 2121 the very best! I would not hesitate to recommend this building!
Recently moved to 2121 Belmont Apartments. Nothing but good things to say so far. Management is very responsive and professional. Calen, Marina, and Alex have been super helpful in getting us settled and making sure everything runs smoothly. The building is spotless. The room furnishings are top quality. Location is prime. Definitely recommend.
Spent two years in this building, and can't say enough great things about it. The staff really goes above and beyond - the office staff if friendly and cultivates a real community, and the maintenance is incredibly fast and always high quality. It's a high end building, with great floor plans and incredible construction quality - I never once heard my neighbors! And of course the location could not be better for enjoying Portland. Highly recommend this community.
