Update. New management is sub par for what the residents appreciate in the building they call home. Free pile is a very portland thing and will continue regardless. Also, pet of the month was a treat for us all. Sad to see these change. Looking for new a new place to call home. Not worth 1300+ for a studio apt.
I moved in a few months ago now. I love this building. Neighbors are friendly. Location is convenient. K-8 school just 10 minutes away walking. Groceries across the street. Amenities offered are a great convenience. I've had fast responses from staff, and maintenance. Look for to continue living here.
I have lived here for four years, and the service in the last year has improved. Jadd and Kelsey are awesome and really responsive. I also really enjoyed the virtual paint night they coordinated!
Lived here for over 3 years now. The amenities are nice and the rent prices are reasonable for the amount of square footage. Management could be better in some instances, but we have never had any problem getting something fixed or any other major problem. Plus it is in a GREAT location that is hard to beat.
I checked out two of their property's and was impressed with both. Seems like they really high demand apartments. They have a coffee shop connected to downstairs. I really want to live there. Management is really nice and seem super genuine
Had $2,500 worth of U-locked bikes stolen from the secure bike room. The management company’s response thus far has been, “sorry, we can’t help as we don’t know when the theft occurred.”
