24 Hour Fitness - Bensonhurst

Very dirty space. The air conditioning system works very poorly hot inside. From the ceiling dripping water, you can see the mold. This gym is dangerous for your health.

The lockers and bathrooms are filthy. You might catch something. The jacuzzi half the time doesn't work, or the steam room. Maybe it's planned that way to save money most likely. The machines are good though.

Management don’t listen to any complaints and discriminate a lot with very bad service to members and workers. Class schedule has never been updated via web site and not even posted on site. Very disappointed and will consider changing to other fitness club.

Reasonable price - for less than $20/month for Costco members.

It’s a good place, the Employees are very nice and friendly. Very polite staff. Great location.

During covid 19 fitness club closes but charged monthly, this is not fair!

I moved to Flushing and I wanted to cancel my membership. But it's hard. cancel. Why register easily to register. But it is very difficult to cancel it....
