My experience for the most part was good. Rob showed up a bit earlier than projected. He was very efficient and even checked the tire first to be sure it wasn't repairable before putting on a new one. For the convenience and not having to deal with purchasing and obtaining a new tire... The cost was reasonable. Id use them again if needed.
Y’all! What an amazing service!!!!!! Can you please expand to be a full, mobile car repair company??? I’d be yours for life! One of my tires got a gash in it somehow, and I really did NOT want to spend a day having my car towed and sitting at a shop getting tires. So I stumbled upon Hawks online. I called them last night Friday around 9PM, and by 10:30PM, a technician was in my driveway putting two new tires on my car. To add to my joy, the price was HALF what Global Imports would’ve charged me. Now, the price certainly is less because the new tires are not run flats thank God— because I’m so over run flats. The tires are new and shiny, and they even put two on for me so that the tread would be the same. I’m pretty sure I scared the gentleman who took my call — I was REALLY excited to find y’all. He was great, patient, professional, helpful, and even suggested that, if I want to get the other two replaced, Hawks is happy to do so during normal business hours 24-hour service is reserved, naturally, for emergencies. The technician was equally as patient, kind, professional, prompt, and thorough. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. Wow!!!! Time is so precious these days, and I was so willing to sacrifice money for time’s sake, but the fact that I didn’t even need to do that was the highlight of my entire month! Question for someone who knows tires— my TPM won’t reset — is that because I didn’t do run flats? Or, do I just need to give it more time to reset? It’s a BMW, and I can’t figure out how to hack the system to get rid of the tire pressure light... Thank you so much for the excellent service! And, the audio recording disclaimers made me chuckle. Kudos for putting it all out there up front! I’ve never heard expectations set so clearly. The one about price made me nervous, but it turned out to be SOOOOO incredible and I can’t imagine how anyone could complain about your prices : And for anyone reading this and having doubts because of the negative reviews on customer service, I’m not sure how that’s possible. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful, and it leads me to believe that perhaps some customers call in with a negative attitude and then get upset when that attitude is given back to them. Treat people the way you want to be treated, and it will surely be returned. This company offers such an exceptional service I didn’t have to leave my house, they drove 50 minutes from buckhead to help me, it was quick, it was inexpensive, it was a job well done that according to my experience there should be nothing but gratitude coming from their clientele. Sorry, this is long, but there aren’t enough words in the English language to express how wonderful Hawks is. Thank you, again, and HMU if you add additional services. I’m SO done with the dealership and looking for reliable alternatives :
overall I am beyond pleased with this company. The customer service representative was more than helpful and provided me with upfront pricing so there were no hidden fees. They arrived before the estimated ETA I was also alerted via text messages to confirm my tire size and location. the technician that arrived was very pleasant and provided me with exceptional service he changed my tire in less than 10 minutes. I am very big on review so I'm not sure why this company has received bad ones but overall my experience was pleasant I will definitely be using them again
Called at rush hour on a Friday. I spoke with the general manager who is awesome! She gave me the pricing which is very good for a new tire and mobile service.They arrived way before expected which was amazing! The tech was professional,friendly and did a great job. I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know. Thanks guys for getting me home!
My friend had a blowout on 285 at night and came to my house to find a 24 hour place to get a new tire. I found this service online, and listened on speakerphone while he talked to them. The lady who answered was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She asked all the right questions and clearly explained everything with precision. I thought it would be expensive, but she told him the entire cost would be $220 for the service including a new tire, mounting, balancing and installation, right where it was parked. She gave him the ETA of the driver and said he would call when he was close. At the end of the call I actually told my friend I was impressed over how professional the call was, especially for a towing/roadside service company. Not only was the call beyond expectations for a car service company, it was better than most services in any industry. My friend said they arrived about a 1/2 hour after I dropped him back at his car, and the guy was very friendly and the service was good. Considering that towing the car somewhere cost's over $100 and a new tire is about the same price, I think it was a great deal. I'm surprised to see there are other bad reviews, because my experience was excellent. Also, I'm not a shill getting paid to post good review, just a guy giving credit where credit is due.
Got a flat on the way to the airport, the dispatcher took all our info, and had a tech en route within a reasonable time. Priced right for a fresh tire replacement at an odd hour. They pulled us out the fire. We are thankful they provide this type of service.
. The dispatcher was unnecessary rude and needs to take courses in customer service. Instead of empathizing with the customers, the ones stuck on the side of the road she instead has a smart mouth and hangs up without letting someone speak. Being involved with people with high following in GA will definitely help me bring this company down. Ur ratings will drop. Everyday I will make sure people write negative reviews. And I will make people right terrible things on their social media and tag Roadside hawks page to get them shut down. No person should be spoken the way the dispatchers speak. They sounded rude and ignorant.
Absolutely terrible. The lady was so arrogant and made snarky comments about her company being the only one that will be able to help us. We're in a stressful situation and were always kind to her and she made things more stressful. We found a much nicer company that took care of us for much cheaper. I'd advise everyone to find another place. It's not worth it!
Called these guys and they were extremely helpful on the phone. Helped me understand if my tire could be repaired, and at what cost, or replaced, and at what cost do have the tire specs on hand though. The man who came to do the service was extremely polite and helpful, and repaired my tire in no time. A process I thought was going to take all day to resolve was resolved before lunch. Highly recommended!
If you like quality service and don't mind paying for it, I would highly recommend this company. They came out to service my vehicle that had a flat tire and I was very impressed. Unlike other mobile car services I've used in the past, they took the tire completely off my truck, repaired the puncture, and tested it to make sure there were no other leaks. They also took the time to inspect my other tires without me asking and found a second tire with a nail and repaired it. Now that's quality service the way I like it. Incredible! Will definitely be using them again.
