The experience was amazing. For the first time in a long time I felt comfortable spending money I did not have. They explained everything for me to understand why. I'm a life time customer from now on.

They can't balance tires. Left with them more unbalanced than they were when I got there. Also, I did not ask for a rotation, but one side of the wheels were rotated while the others weren't. They did offer for me to come back in so they could fix it, but I'd rather not waste my time if it wasn't done right the first time $40

The guys at Mavis took VERY good care of me. The customer service I received was prompt, friendly, and above and beyond what I expected. I even got a call from Wayne to make sure I was happy with the repair and felt safe on the road again. Janelle
