I had a surge judder issue with my 2013 Honda Accord.  I had the the lifetime powertrain warranty.    So go figure...my warranty was denied due to a tire rotation not be completed.   However, the service bulletin does not mention a connection with the tire rotation and the judder issue.  This company is a joke.

So this company just denied covering my engine which was damaged by a faulty water pump. The reason?? We didn’t get our tires rotated exactly every 5000 miles!!! We have diligently kept the oil changed and inspected. I’m calling my lawyer. What a joke of a company. Wish I could give them a negative rating.

They rip you off, complete scam, they will not honor warranty they give you. They look for anyway possible not to pay claims. Do not do business with this company.
